Never fill a new prescription before checking out what kind of pharmacy coupons are available. We have such competition amongst the pharmacies here that they really want your business. They are frequently putting out coupons for $25 gift cards if you fill a prescription at their pharmacy. Now, because of this competition most of the pharmacies will take each others coupons- all you have to do is ask. You can also get money for transfering your prescriptions to a different pharmacy- just don't do them all at once and you will need an individual coupon per perscription .

With grocery prices sky high these days have you ever considered doing a fruit/vegetable co-op? In Arizona there is a fantastic co-op called Bountiful Baskets. For $15 you receive a laundry basket full of fruits and vegies. There are tons of drop off points throughout AZ . To receive more info just visit http://www.bountifulbaskets.org/ . Delivery is every other week and well worth the price.

#3 DID YOU KNOW....

ALWAYS pay attention while cheking out in the grocery store while your items are being run thru the register. Most stores have policies that if their machines make a mistake you get to profit- only catch is that you have to find it. If the item is under $5 you get the item for FREE. If the item was over $5 they will usually give you a store gift card. It would be wise to check at your local stores to find out their exact policies on this matter- prior to it happening to you. I have collected many times at both Fry's, Bashas, and Albies in Mesa, AZ. Here is a prime example ( and just happend to me this week) I ran into Bashas to get a few things and as I was heading up to the register I passed the white cheddar cheez its- drats! they were calling my name! I even made it up to the register and told the cashier " I'll be right back" I zipped down the aisle noting that they cheez its were on sale 2/$5- not the greatest price but my hunger was taking over my reasoning for saving money at the moment. The cashier rung up all my items and I a scaned my receipt- alas they had charged me $3.69 for the crackers- oh no I'm not that desperate! I brought this to the cashiers attention. he swiftly fixed the problem and I walked out with free cheez its- WahOO!!! Yes, it is ALWAYS worth your time to keep an eye on those receipts.

The best time to purchase a new dvd or cd is the week it comes out. Most stores will run great promos to advertise the release of the dvd or cd. Target and Walmart usually sell their new dvd's for $13.98 and cd's $9.98. Prices the following week will return to regular price usually $19.99 for dvd's and $13.98 for cd's. BE AWARE that Target DOES NOT sell clean copies of cd's they only sell the parental advisement versions. Walmart is the only major chain store that sells the clean copy.

Here is a little info about using coupons in AZ:
1. Fry's, Safeway, and Bashas double coupons up to $1 EVERY day of the week
2. CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Kmart, and Albertsons take coupons but at face value
3.Fry's and Albertsons take competitors coupons ( like fresh n'easy $5 of $20 purchase)
4. Michaels accepts Joann's coupons and vice a versa. They will allow you to use both coupons at each store in 1 purchase

USING COUPONS IS WORTH YOUR TIME!
